A little undersized but OK.After five years of getting my toes stepped on in krav maga, I finally bought these due to issues with joints in one of my feet.I actually changed ALL my shoes, and my feet are feeling better - can't say which pair made the difference ultimately, or if all helped. On to this particular shoe....These seem like they will last, after wearing them for several classes now. The traction is, well, pretty good. It hangs me up a little bit on my round kicks, putting extra strain on my knees. However, I'm not sure less traction would be safe given the sweat drops folks leave around the mats.My biggest surprise was that they have so little material on top of the feet. It really doesn't offer much protection to the top of your foot at all - either when round kicking pads or if someone steps on you. It'll help reduce toe stubs and catches on the floor, and general abrasion. Overall I'm happy, other than wishing I had ordered black.... :)After just 6 months (12 hours a month on the heavy bag), the right shoe wore out at the toe.Ordered for grand-daughter and she just loves them. The only thing she has a problem with it that they are made with a hard sole and not bendable for the toes. Nicely stitched. On a whole this shoe is very well made. These have held up wonderfully to 10x 4 minute rounds of extremely vigorous kickboxing every week for a few months. Usually I start seeing seems loosening at this point but these are looking great! Very light weight as well, only drawback is a little extra room in the heel but thick socks or foot wraps fill it out. It’s hard to find a martial arts shoe in my size (13). What few are out there are either too small or narrow. These fit well (a tad snug but I expect will stretch) but the soles are a bit narrow which can affect balance depending on what you’re doingThis is my second repurchase (third pair in total) of these mat shoes. They provide the lightweight protection I am looking for during kickboxing and resistance band strength training. I have found that each pair lasts about 2.5 years with daily use (that comes out to less than a dollar a day so well worth the cost). Two things to note: these shoes run big (especially for women) so always size down 2-3 sizes. For reference, I wear a size 9.5 in street shoes, but wear a size 6.5 in these shoes. Second, If you're looking for something more substantial or shoes that provide arch/ankle support, I would recommend to look elsewhere.I ended up buying another pair 1 1/2 sizes smaller from my gym and giving away this pair. After a few tries with the sizing, found my size. I normal wear size 8-8.5 US, but is 7.5 with these shoes.Tal cual parece en la foto
