This was my second pair of the Sienna Side Zip Sport Casual shoe - both orders in the same size.. The 1st pair were great, fit well in all areas, no seams or anything that rubbed the foot. This pair seem slightly smaller and are not comfortable at all; seams really irritate sides of toes and causes abraisons. I have had a couple of other models of the Therafit shoe which all were just fine. This pair just isn't quite right - doubtful that I will try it again.I have plantar fasciitis and it took over a year for me to get it under control. Therefore I'm very careful what I put on my feet. They are definitely going to take some getting use to, I'm starting slow to see if they will work for me. I have worn them twice and in the house only for about an hour each time. Trying to learn how to adjust the pegs that are fitted in the heel of the shoe also, not quite sure what leaving them in or taking them out does as of yet. Love the side zipper and the star print.Usually wear size 9. Ordered size 9/12-if I ordered size 10 shoe would have been way too large. Also, the heels slip up and down with wearing light socks-couldn't get foot into shoe with a heavier, reinforced-heel sock-my sol'n was to wear light socks, put double bandaids on heels! The shoes are a beautiful plaid and the support is superb!I'm glad I ordered half a size larger than I normally wear. My normal size would have been too small. Of note is that it is quite a narrow shoe. That works for me because I have narrow feet/normally wear AA shoe. But I would think they would be too narrow for most feet/average width feet. These were a bit too small. Plus, I didn't like the was the heel felt with or without the rods. Since they were so pricey, I didn't want to take the chance of them not working out and then being out the money. Cute shoe though. Sent them backOrdered 1/2 size larger than I usually wear. They are snug but that's the way I like them.Having a little trouble with one heal being uncomfortable. Shoes look nice and seem to be helping with my plantar fasciitis.I do like the shoe but it seems to run a bit small. I normally wear a 6.5 and my toe is right at the end. I didn't send back for a 7 because I think it would have been too big.I wore these shoes once and lost one of the support rods. I only noticed when I looked down and I saw two others popping out as I walked. I ended up having to keep adjusting them on my walk so I wouldn't loose them. Now I probably will just remove them all which defeats the purpose of support. These shoes were not cheap and I'm upset that I had problems with them so quickly.
